PRODUCTION LINE SYSTEM FOR MEDIUM TO HEAVY DAMAGE VEHICLES
This CMC II production line system is designed, fabricated and installed by Equip International. The system is based on CELETTE floor frames, CELETTE yellow anchoring frames and clamps and CELETTE Dyno 2602 8.5 ton pulling tower. the system is ideal for repairing medium to heavy damage vehicles in shortest times on first come first basis. The system is in-operation for the last 3 years at CMC II
PRODUCTION LINE PREP AREAS AT CMCii
vehicles from the panel beating areas are moved on to the preparation areas where the vehicles can slide from one bay to the other bay on pallets. Over spray from primer application is extracted through pits, MIRKA energy cars are used for dry sanding, primers and fillers are dried using TRISK infra red Dryers. System is perfect for high productivity, it ensures highest quality without wastage of time from bay to bay.
